Herbie Oosthuizen
B.comm. LLB ٠ Dip Company Law
Herbie Oosthuizen established the firm in 2003 and is the Managing Director of the firm. Herbie has been practicing as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public since 1994.
He is an experienced attorney with a broad background in various aspects of the law. Herbie spearheads both the Litigation and Conveyancing practices and is the lead member of our team. He also advises and sits on the boards of directors of various clients and has been appointed independent trustee of many client trusts, where he assists his co-trustees with aspects concerning good management and governance thereof.

Magdeléne joined Herbie Oosthuizen & Associates as a candidate attorney in 2013. She was admitted as an attorney in 2015.
She practices in High Court and Magistrates’ Court Litigation, as well as the administration of estates and assists Herbie Oosthuizen as a professional assistant.
